For new year eve, Japanese eat “year-crossing noodle” / traditional noodle bowl dish. (buckwheat)

This custom lets go of hardship of the year because soba noodles are easily cut while eating. Also long noodle is a symbol of long life.

We only serve this dishes on new year eve.

We only serve this Soba noodle today between noon to 2pm.😋
